Vitrecon OÜ (registrikood 11087086, edaspidi Vitrecon) austab oma klientide, koostööpartnerite
ja töötajate privaatsust ning tagab nende isikuandmete kaitse vastavalt kehtivatele õigusaktidele,
sealhulgas Euroopa Liidu isikuandmete kaitse üldmäärusele (GDPR) ja Eesti õigusele.

Käesolevad tingimused kirjeldavad, kuidas Vitrecon töötleb Teie isikuandmeid, kui:

  • pöördute meie poole päringuga;
  • sõlmite meiega lepingu või olete selle täitmisega seotud;
  • kandideerite meie juurde tööle;
  • külastate meie ruume või veebilehte.

1. Mõisted
Isikuandmed – igasugune teave tuvastatud või tuvastatava füüsilise isiku kohta.
Töötlemine – isikuandmetega tehtav toiming (nt kogumine, salvestamine, muutmine,
kasutamine, vaatamine, edastamine, kustutamine või hävitamine).

2. Isikuandmete kogumise ja töötlemise eesmärgid
Vitrecon kogub ja töötleb isikuandmeid eesmärgiga tagada lepinguliste ja seadusest tulenevate
kohustuste täitmine, sh:

  • kliendi isiku tuvastamine ja temaga suhtlemine;
  • kliendi päringutele vastamine;
  • lepingute täitmine ja arvete esitamine;
  • kliendirahulolu uuringute läbiviimine Vitreconi õigustatud huvi alusel (kui klient ei ole sellest keeldunud).
    Andmeid kogutakse e-posti, telefoni, veebilehe vormide või isiklike kohtumiste kaudu.


3. Töödeldavate andmete liigid
Vitrecon võib töödelda järgmisi kliendi või tema esindaja andmeid:

  • ees- ja perekonnanimi;
  • telefoninumber;
  • e-posti aadress;
  • objekti aadress või asukoht;
  • isikukood (vajadusel lepingute või arvete koostamiseks).


4. Veebilehe ja sotsiaalmeedia kasutamine
Veebilehe kaudu esitatud päringute korral töötleme üksnes neid andmeid, mille olete meile edastanud.
Isikuandmeid kasutatakse ainult päringule vastamiseks.
Vitreconi veebileht võib sisaldada linke kolmandate osapoolte veebilehtedele. Vitrecon ei vastuta nende sisu ega turvalisuse eest. Kolmandate osapoolte lehtede kasutamine toimub kasutaja enda vastutusel.
Sotsiaalmeedia kanalite kaudu (nt Facebook) saadetud sõnumeid või postitusi kasutame üksnes Teie päringule vastamiseks. Avalikele postitustele lisatud tundlikke andmeid ei tohiks kunagi avaldada.

5. Isikuandmete töötlemine tööle kandideerimisel
Tööle kandideerimisel töötleb Vitrecon üksnes neid andmeid, mille olete meile esitanud (nt CV
või kaaskiri).
Töötleme järgmisi andmeid:

  • nimi ja kontaktandmed;
  • aadress (valikuline);
  • haridus ja koolitused (valikuline);
  • töökogemus (valikuline);
  • keeleoskus (valikuline);
  • juhiloa olemasolu;
  • soovitud ametikoht ja töötasu (valikuline);
  • soovitajad (valikuline).

    Andmetega saavad tutvuda ainult värbamisprotsessis osalevad volitatud isikud.
    Mittevalituks osutunud kandidaatide andmeid säilitatakse kuni 1 aasta värbamisotsuse
    tegemisest, pärast mida need kustutatakse.
    Kandidaadi nõusolekul võib andmeid säilitada tulevaste tööpakkumiste tegemiseks.


6. Turvakaamerate kasutamine
Vitrecon kasutab tootmisruumides turvakaameraid töötajate, klientide ja vara kaitseks. Kaamerad salvestavad üksnes pilti, mitte heli. Kaamerapilti ei jälgita reaalajas.
Turvakaamerate alad on tähistatud vastavate siltidega.
Salvestisi säilitatakse kuni 1 kuu ning neile on juurdepääs ainult volitatud töötajatel.
Teil on õigus taotleda koopiat salvestisest, millel Teid on kujutatud.

7. Isikuandmete edastamine
Isikuandmeid edastatakse ainult ulatuses, mis on vajalik:

  • lepingute täitmiseks (nt alltöövõtjatele);
  • seadusest tulenevate kohustuste täitmiseks (nt maksuhaldurile, kohtule, ametiasutustele).


8. Isikuandmete säilitamine
Isikuandmeid säilitatakse ainult seni, kuni see on vajalik:

  • andmete töötlemise eesmärgi saavutamiseks;
  • või kuni lepinguliste nõuete aegumise tähtaja lõpuni.
    Üldjuhul säilitame andmeid kuni 5 aastat, kui õigusaktid ei sätesta pikemat tähtaega.
    Raamatupidamisdokumentides sisalduvaid isikuandmeid säilitame 7 aastat.


9. Andmesubjekti õigused
Teil on õigus:

  • saada teavet enda isikuandmete kohta;
  • nõuda andmete parandamist või kustutamist;
  • piirata töötlemist või esitada vastuväiteid;
  • nõuda andmete ülekandmist;
  • võtta tagasi nõusolek;
  • esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile (www.aki.ee).
    Taotlused palume esitada digitaalselt allkirjastatuna või isiklikult Vitreconi kontoris.

Vastame mõistliku aja jooksul, kuid mitte hiljem kui 30 päeva jooksul.

10. Tingimuste muutmine
Vitrecon võib käesolevaid tingimusi muuta vastavalt seaduste muutumisele või oma tegevuse
vajadustele.
Kehtivad tingimused on alati kättesaadavad aadressil www.vitrecon.ee.
